Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and skill assessments for various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and metrics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas
- Expert knowledge of local Tucson job market and talent pool
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate/client deals
- Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
