Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and permanent placements
- Manage candidate onboarding and payroll processing with weekly pay cycles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Boston's key sectors
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide post-placement support
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Knowledge of Massachusetts labor regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
