Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across Portland's thriving tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments using our proprietary evaluation framework
- Manage end-to-end placement lifecycle from job order intake to successful onboarding
- Process accurate weekly payroll documentation for temporary and contract staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ active client employers in the Portland metro area
- Utilize our cutting-edge ATS to track candidate progress and placement metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify emerging staffing needs and market trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Valid Oregon driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and placement metrics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation highly desirable
