Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, healthcare, finance, logistics)
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and follow-up
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to expand talent pipeline
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on Philadelphia labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
