Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct behavioral interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate insightful recruitment analytics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and deadlines
- Results-driven mindset with history of achieving placement quotas and client satisfaction metrics
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
