Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using modern ATS tools
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment or agency staffing
- Proven success in NYC's competitive talent market
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Relevant HR/recruiting certification preferred
