Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place candidates in weekly-paying temporary and contract positions across Louisville
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Market our weekly pay advantage to attract high-quality temporary workers
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for client satisfaction
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless weekly pay processing
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or agency-based talent acquisition
- Proven track record placing candidates in temporary/contract roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to sell weekly pay benefits
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and payroll processes
- Strong negotiation skills for client contracts and candidate compensation
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
