Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across Oklahoma
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Utilize our proprietary ATS system for efficient candidate tracking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and timely communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven ability to source passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City's employment landscape preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
