Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators regarding workflow.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Kansas City location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for both day and night shifts as needed.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
