Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper organization of warehouse inventory.
- Packaging: Prepare and package items for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer systems is a plus.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening to ensure a safe work environment.
