Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inventory efficiently.
- Manage shipments: Receive, verify, and stock incoming goods while preparing outbound orders for delivery.
- Inventory control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Quality assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to the Minneapolis location.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not always required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
