Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packages to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Cleveland facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
