Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors to report discrepancies or urgent needs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
