Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure strict safety compliance.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily throughput and productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend rushes.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
