Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipping procedures to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a sanitized and organized warehouse environment to meet OSHA compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Assist in the training and supervision of temporary staff members to ensure team productivity.
- Update and manage records in our ERP system with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
