Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily throughput targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to quality control standards for all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a consistent schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
