Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by training.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent shipment errors.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workstations.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and scan codes accurately.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
