Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Package and label products accurately for shipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software to track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
