Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders by locating items and preparing them for dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing inventory to optimize warehouse flow.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required; forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
