Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all workstations and aisles are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with shift leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
