Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory stocking and organization on the warehouse floor with precision.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks utilizing proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product locations and availability.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix, AZ location.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
