Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse floor for safety and efficiency.
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
