Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using scanning equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers during inbound and outbound operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
