Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and pallets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the warehouse system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on forklifts and pallet jacks before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of good attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
