Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize merchandise and inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in the fulfillment process, picking and packing orders for distribution.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
