Responsibilities:
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to resolve workflow issues efficiently.
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must have a valid driver's license (for local driving tasks, if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
