Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers with forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage and accuracy before shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scanners).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
