Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Assist with loading/unloading of inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Capital Blvd area
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
