Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against packing slips.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
