As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly from Friday through Sunday. We offer a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, and a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle freight loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
