Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
- Complete daily shift logs and reporting tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to strict safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the downtown Detroit location.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
