Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality assurance policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders using standard packing materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland location.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
