Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise efficiently and safely using hand trucks and dollies.
- Sort, pack, and label packages for shipment with high accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for delivery drivers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
