Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, sort, and stage products accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs related to shipment details and daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality are essential.
- Focus: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
- Safety: Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
