Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Efficiently and safely load and unload trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
