Responsibilities
- Execute daily packing, labeling, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Manage inventory scanning and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
