Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize workflow efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
