Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks, including accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet strict deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain precise stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains safe, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during the night cycle.
- Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing packages to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
