Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend shift team to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
