Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Source talent through job boards, referrals, and proactive recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Track KPIs including fill rates and time-to-hire metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to master recruitment techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
