Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with client managers to understand their specific staffing requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Scheduling & Placement: Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring seamless placement of temporary and permanent weekend staff.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through orientation, paperwork, and compliance training to ensure a smooth transition into their weekend roles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Oakland to identify new opportunities for staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
