Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate weekend staffing operations and shift scheduling.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment systems with accurate information.
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify staffing needs for the upcoming week.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
