Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary weekend positions
- Manage onboarding processes for weekend staff including background checks
- Provide real-time support to clients and candidates during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless coverage
- Address urgent staffing needs with 24/7 responsiveness
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
