Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for weekend roles on Saturdays and Sundays.</li><li>Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients.</li><li>Collaborate with branch managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.</li><li>Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.</li><li>Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their new positions.</li><li>Organize and host weekend recruitment events to attract passive job seekers.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.</li><li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.</li><li>High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.</li></ul>
