Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift assignments in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment venues
- Conduct thorough background checks and credential verification for potential placements
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client businesses across the Las Vegas Valley
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing records in our ATS platform
- Provide exceptional client support during weekend operations with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Optimize staffing solutions to meet fluctuating weekend demand for seasonal events and high-traffic periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in staffing, recruitment, or hospitality workforce management
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday coverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations with attention to detail
