Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staffing assignments for 15+ Seattle-area clients
- Conduct rapid candidate screenings and placements via video calls
- Coordinate logistics between healthcare facilities, hotels, and warehouses
- Maintain real-time staffing dashboards using ATS software
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps within 2-hour response windows
- Build relationships with weekend-focused professionals
- Generate weekly performance reports for client accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays 8AM-6PM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Valid Washington driver's license (client site visits)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Healthcare background preferred
- Multi-language abilities (Spanish/Tagalog a plus)
- Ability to work 10-hour weekend shifts
