Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in Charlotte's thriving industries
- Conduct engaging phone and video interviews with candidates outside traditional business hours
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases in real-time
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend-shift placements
- Track placement metrics and contribute to weekly team performance reviews
- Attend weekend job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
