Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in weekend shift positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for weekend staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS and scheduling systems
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff and ensure compliance requirements
- Monitor weekend staffing performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill weekend roles
- Collaborate with team to optimize weekend workforce allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Portland's weekend labor market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Oregon staffing/recruitment license
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
