Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary assignments within Boston's top companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Process daily payroll documentation and ensure timely payments to temporary workers
- Market staffing services to local businesses and identify new partnership opportunities
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new temporary hires and verify credentials
- Track placement metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management
- Address urgent staffing needs for clients with 24/7 on-call availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience in a Boston market
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software
- Strong knowledge of Boston's diverse industries and talent landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends for urgent placements
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
