Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using our proprietary ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage client relationships through weekly check-ins and performance reporting
- Onboard new hires with smooth orientation processes and documentation
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and fill rates
- Mentor junior recruiters through our structured training program
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing recruitment experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of Chicago's industry landscape and talent pools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Ability to work in hybrid schedule (2 office days, 3 remote days)
